Medaria Aid was born from a deeply personal place. Two mothers, one in the United Kingdom and one in Australia, whose sons crossed the border into Ukraine to defend the Ukrainian people. They found each other in the fear, the sleepless nights, and an absolute refusal to do nothing.
What began with their own hands, packing boxes, phoning suppliers, and driving supplies across borders, has grown into a registered UK charity trusted by brigades and medics across multiple fronts. Every medical supply is still sourced and dispatched from the UK, with the same urgency and care as the very first package they sent.
Every Cat C tourniquet, every stretcher, every medevac vehicle is not just a donation. It is hope. It is solidarity. It may be the reason someone's son, daughter, parent or friend comes home.
We provide combat medics and field hospitals with the supplies they need to save lives under fire: Cat C tourniquets, IFAKs, stretchers, trauma kits and full medical evacuation equipment.
Properly outfitted 4WDs and quad bikes are among the most urgent needs at the front. We fund and deliver medevac vehicles directly to specific brigades who request them.
We are committed to helping Ukraine's most vulnerable, children displaced and orphaned by the conflict. We work to provide warmth, food, clothing and stability to those with nowhere to turn.
We don't stop at the border. We work with trusted partners inside Ukraine to ensure every item reaches the people who need it most, with full accountability and transparency.

In the shadow of war, thousands of Ukrainian children have lost their homes, families, and safety. Medaria Aid partners with trusted local networks to provide direct support to orphanages across Ukraine - including those in high-risk and liberated zones.
Our aid includes warm clothing, hygiene items, nutritious food, school supplies, trauma support materials, and toys that bring back a little bit of childhood. We tailor each delivery to meet the unique needs of what they have requested, because they know exactly what they need.
Before he ever set foot in Ukraine, Bear had already lived a lifetime of service. Once the official mascot for the UK's Help for Heroes campaign, Bear was eventually packed into a cardboard box and forgotten in a closing store - until Medaria Aid gave him a new purpose.
Bear travelled to Netishyn at Christmas, delivering 300 teddy bears to children who had forgotten what it felt like to laugh. He then made it to Kharkiv - to orphans who had seen too much. His head even got separated from his body in transit (a dramatic but brief chapter), but he kept going. Just like Ukraine.
