"This is not charity. It's solidarity."
Delivering life-saving medical supplies, emergency equipment and humanitarian aid to frontline soldiers and civilians in Ukraine - united across the United States, the UK and Australia, with one mission.
The three ambulances that stayed behind after the July convoy have now crossed into Ukraine. They are with unit medics, doing the one job an ambulance exists to do: getting the wounded off the ground and back to their families. That makes nine ambulances delivered since July. Thank you to everyone who moved them.
When a strike hits a town, the fire crews go in first. They pull people out of what is left of the building, cut drivers out of wrecked cars, and keep the flames off the hospital while the patients are carried out. Ukraine's firefighters do that every day, and they need engines to do it in.
Two fire engines are ready and waiting to go to them in the coming weeks. Parked here, they save no one. Getting them to Ukraine costs £2,500, and that is the whole ask. Help us help them bring their neighbours out alive.

Medaria Aid was born from a deeply personal place. Two mothers, one in the United Kingdom and one in Australia, whose sons crossed the border into Ukraine to defend the Ukrainian people. They found each other in the fear, the sleepless nights, and an absolute refusal to do nothing.
What began with their own hands, packing boxes, phoning suppliers, and driving supplies across borders, has grown into a registered UK charity trusted by brigades and medics across multiple fronts. Every medical supply is still sourced and dispatched from the UK, with the same urgency and care as the very first package they sent.
Every Cat C tourniquet, every stretcher, every medevac vehicle is not just a donation. It is hope. It is solidarity. It may be the reason someone's son, daughter, parent or friend comes home.
We provide combat medics and field hospitals with the supplies they need to save lives under fire: Cat C tourniquets, IFAKs, stretchers, trauma kits and full medical evacuation equipment.
Properly outfitted 4WDs and quad bikes are among the most urgent needs at the front. We fund and deliver medevac vehicles directly to specific brigades who request them.
We are committed to helping Ukraine's most vulnerable, children displaced and orphaned by the conflict. We work to provide warmth, food, clothing and stability to those with nowhere to turn.
We don't stop at the border. We work with trusted partners inside Ukraine to ensure every item reaches the people who need it most, with full accountability and transparency.
"We are a charity dedicated to the people of Ukraine, those on the front lines and those caught behind them. This mission is personal to us. We operate with the heart of mothers and the commitment of soldiers. For Roman, our dear friend and tireless humanitarian, whose spirit drives everything we do."

In the shadow of war, thousands of Ukrainian children have lost their homes, families, and safety. Medaria Aid partners with trusted local networks to provide direct support to orphanages across Ukraine - including those in high-risk and liberated zones.
Our aid includes warm clothing, hygiene items, nutritious food, school supplies, trauma support materials, and toys that bring back a little bit of childhood. We tailor each delivery to meet the unique needs of what they have requested, because they know exactly what they need.
We are registered with Easyfundraising — the UK's largest charity fundraising site. When you shop online with over 8,000 retailers (Amazon, eBay, John Lewis, Booking.com and more), they'll donate a percentage of what you spend to Medaria Aid — at absolutely no extra cost to you.
It takes 2 minutes to sign up. Every purchase you make, from groceries to holidays, could help fund a tourniquet, a stretcher, or a medevac vehicle for Ukraine.
Your donation, of any size, goes directly to sourcing and delivering aid in Ukraine. No middlemen. No bureaucracy. Just solidarity.
